I'm a third-year undergraduate at Wesleyan University, double majoring in the College of Social Studies (History, Economics, Social Theory, Government) and French Studies. I have always had a passion for exploring the connections between various disciplines. In particular, my love for History motivated me to pursue a rigorous interdisciplinary major while at Wesleyan. Outside of academics, I enjoy playing squash with friends!

My tutoring philosophy centers on the belief that each student requires unique support. Understanding a student's comfort level with academic writing and their familiarity with specific writing styles is crucial for a productive tutoring session. This may involve introducing a particular note-taking method that suits their needs or crafting prompts that mirror the crux of their assignments.

Tutoring Experience

At The Ethel Walker School, I served as the Head of the Writing Fellows Program, a peer-to-peer tutoring initiative in academic writing. This program, modeled after the one developed by Brown University, selects, trains, and supports Writing Fellows vetted by the English Department. I have extensive experience assisting students across various levels and styles of writing, including comparative literature essays, research papers, and college admissions writing. I also have experience tutoring students in French (elementary to B1) and History.
