The core of my teaching philosophy is to foster a passion for the topic at hand — I believe this is the key to effective, lifelong learning. I usually begin with an interactive approach to introduce topics, followed by allowing many opportunities to ask questions and practice newly acquired skills/knowledge. My tutoring aims to ensure a multi-faceted yet in-depth understanding of theoretical concepts, as well as how to apply these concepts in real-life and academic contexts.

Tutoring Experience
I specialize in teaching English, mathematics, and business studies. My students range from 5-16 years old, which exposes me to a variety of learning styles and educational backgrounds. My experiences have allowed me to acquire a variety of tutoring skills, such as keeping lessons engaging, creating teaching materials from scratch, and tailor-making lesson plans according to my student's individual needs.
